Sunday Time Trial Series

All are invited to join us on certain Sundays at 8:00 am at the end of Aerospace Parkway – when there is no larger event going on – for a Time Trial. First rider goes out at 8:30. Optionally, some riders meet at Davis Bakery at 7 or 7:30 and ride down Innovation Way for a good warmup.

This is a USA Cycling sanctioned event. Times are kept with a digital watch to the nearest second. Divisions tracked will be Time Trial Bike, Road Bike, Hybrid, ATB and “Other”

The Time Trial starts and finishes at the beginning of Aerospace Parkway. It is two laps, down and back. A course is shown below. Times will be kept and standings will be posted. Prizes will be earned at the end of each quarter. Current plan is to award gift cards and/or medals.

2013 Season: Separated by quarters (Riders will be eligible for final standings by competing in approximately 40% of the races)

May 12th and 19th (May 5th rescheduled to avoid conflict with GG Events Time Trial)
June 9th and 16th
Third Quarter
July 14th and 28th
August 4th and 18th
September 15th and 22nd (2nd Annual Cowbell Classic)
Fourth Quarter
October 13th and 20th
November 3rd and 10th
December 8th and 15th

(all dates subject to change: We will try to avoid conflicts with large rides such as the Tour de Cure)

Directions: Travel south on Innovation way, stay on Monument Parkway (you have no choice really). Go past the 528 exits. At this point the road is called International Corporate Parkway. Park at the 90 degree turn on the right. You may also park on the south side but please do not block the gate to the entrance of the OUC private road.
