In 2017, a page was formed on Facebook called “Colorblind“. It touted taking people for what they are and not what they look like. The founders wanted to realize that to truly fight racism, we must be in fact, “colorblind.”
Sadly, this philosophy didn’t catch on with the media and the page never got anywhere.
Some of us at ORR still believe though, that it represents the truth. The best way to fight racism is to ignore differences in race, color, creed and religion.
We are planning to implement this in our sports, and hope to expand it in to the business world as well.
